Lockdown has stopped, delayed and even cancelled many productions and the knock-on is starting to hit. Finding a gripping new series to watch is not as easy as it used to be.
Thankfully there is still the odd gem coming through and having just watched the first trailer for the new Netflix series Ratched, I reckon that this is one of those.
Ratched stars Sarah Paulson from American Horror Story and is a prequel to the 1975 movie ‘One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest’. It’s set in 1947 and see’s takes place in a California psychiatric hospital where experiments are carried out on the human mind.
The 8 part series Ratched will be available to stream on Netflix from September 18th 2020. Netflix are obviously expecting it to be a big hit as season 2 has already been commissioned!
